• The Riverside Park Development a large Residential complex and other developments for the Insurance Company of East Africa, Kenya’s largest property owning company.
• The Fedha Apartments multi unit residential complex and acting for provider of long-term mortgage funds.
• The Dhanjay Apartments multi-storey residential complex and acting for provider of long-term mortgage funds
• The Capital Hill Towers a multi-storey office development in Nairobi and subsequent unit sales
• The Williamson House development, a multi-storey office development and subsequent disposal of units.
