• Acting for Woodside Petroleum of Australia in connection with their offshore Petroleum exploration operations.
• Acting for Burmeister and Wain on the establishment of their proposed Nakuru and Eldoret project financed fuel oil IPP.
• Acting for Swiss Oil in connection with their gas explorations in Kenya.
• Acting for Dynamic Global Advisors (K) Limited in connection with their oil exploration.
• Acting for various other petroleum companies in connection with their hydrocarbon Production Sharing Contracts with the Government including Star Petroleum and Turkana Oil.
