• Acting for Safaricom Limited on the listing on the Nairobi Stock Exchange of its credit enhanced medium term note, the largest and first listed such in Kenya.
• Acting for Scangroup Limited on their restructuring and subsequent IPO on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.
• Advising Eveready East Africa Limited in relation to the restructuring of the agreements required for its intended IPO
• Acting for BOC Kenya Limited listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange in respect of their proposed takeover of Carbacid Investments Limited also listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange.
• Acting for Kenya Airways in its IPO on the Nairobi Stock Exchange which received the World Bank Worldwide Award For Excellence.Preparing legal due diligence in Kenya relating to the London floatations of Bruno Monde (owner of Magadi Soda) and of Lonrho Africa Plc (owner of numerous companies in Kenya).

• Acting for African Lakes Plc on their IPO on the Nairobi Stock Exchange – the first listing on the Nairobi Stock Exchange of an English company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
• Advising Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited in relation to its IPO.
