About Christina
Christina is an associate in the Corporate Commercial and the Conveyancing Departments.
She read law at the University of South Africa, obtaining her degree in the year 2009. Thereafter she worked for a short period of time as a Legal Protection Officer at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. She undertook her pupilage with Daly & Figgis in the year 2011 before being admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2012.
Christina assisted in the landmark International Criminal Court case concerning post-election violence in Kenya as part of the defence team of General Hussein Ali.
Areas of Practice
Christina’s main areas of practice are Corporate, Commercial and Property law. She advises clients on the establishment of businesses in Kenya and is involved in the preparing and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements and conducting legal due diligence. She also advises clients on matters relating to residential and commercial leases, including preparing the relevant documents.
