Our history

D&F was established in the year 1899 as a small private law practice under the stewardship of Mr. O.B. Daly and Mr. E.K. Figgis.

The firm’s name was registered in the Registry of Business Names in the year 1937 and the firm has continued to trade under the name and style of Daly & Figgis ever since.

The firm has evolved considerably over the years and has produced prominent members of the local bar and contributed some judges to the bench, both in Kenya and overseas.
