KAM Code of Ethics

The Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) has launched the Code of Ethics for Businesses in Kenya. The Code, which was formally launched on 16th March 2012 in Nairobi, is an initiative by the business community in Kenya that brings all businesses together under a common agreed code aimed at promoting and enhancing the conduct of ethical business.

Forty Four leading companies in the Manufacturing, Agriculture, Telecommunication, Academia, Service, Banking and Hospitality sectors signed the Code, with D&F signing up as part of its commitment towards conducting business in an ethical manner. This commitment is also evidenced by the D&F in-house Anti-Bribery Policy which is posted on our website.

The KAM initiative is expected to create a clean business environment, which has an ultimate effect of reduced cost of doing business and increased company profiles arising from being associated with good corporate citizenship.

D&F is proud to commit itself to the values it holds dear and was the only firm of advocates in Kenya to sign the KAM Code of Ethics at the launch ceremony.
